Chad DeMasi is a top producing real estate professional who works with buyers and sellers in the greater Yolo County area that includes Davis, Woodland, Winters, and the West Sacramento markets. In his nearly 15 years of service, Chad has made an indelible impression on the local real estate scene, and he has been voted the #1 agent in Yolo County every year since 2007, and he was named a Top 1000 Agent in the U.S. in 2016. To further expand the agency’s reach, Chad has recently partnered with Echelon Real Estate.

 

Real estate is a family affair for Chad, as his parents, Mona and Frank DeMasi, have been long-time Davis-area agents, and the three bring a combined 40 years of real estate excellence to their business.
