Chad DeMasi is a top producing real estate professional who works with buyers and sellers in the greater Yolo County area that includes Davis, Woodland, Winters, and the West Sacramento markets. In his nearly 15 years of service, Chad has made an indelible impression on the local real estate scene, and he has been voted the #1 agent in Yolo County every year since 2007, and he was named a Top 1000 Agent in the U.S. in 2016. To further expand the agency’s reach, Chad has recently partnered with Echelon Real Estate.
 
Real estate is a family affair for Chad, as his parents, Mona and Frank DeMasi, have been long-time Davis-area agents, and the three bring a combined 40 years of real estate excellence to their business. Now, as the leader of The DeMasi Group, Chad continues in the proud family tradition of bringing outstanding customer service to clients in the area where he was born, raised, and where he continues to live. “Davis is a wonderful place to work and call home,” Chad said of his hometown, with many “amazing real estate professionals who are collaborative and communicative.”
 
As a second-generation real estate agent, Chad realizes that the industry has changed dramatically in recent years, and while he and his team consistently deliver tried and true customer service centered around building strong relationships, they have also come to leverage the latest in technology and cutting edge marketing to give their properties a robust global exposure. To that end, Chad has had extensive training in the latest traditional and online marketing strategies. His status as a true Sacramento native makes him a front-runner in helping clients looking for ranch and farm properties in the rural Sacramento area.
